Ingredients
-
2 lbs chicken wings, flats & drumettes
 -
1 tbsp honey or agave
 -
1 tbsp fresh lime juice (plus wedges to serve)
 -
1 tbsp neutral oil
 -
1 tsp garlic powder
 -
1 tsp onion powder
 -
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
 -
1 tsp kosher salt
 -
1/2 tsp black pepper
 -
1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder (for extra crisp)
 -
Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions
-
Pat wings very dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
 -
Lightly oil the air-fryer basket. Arrange wings in a single layer (work in batches as needed). Air-fry at 390°F (200°C) for 22–26 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark, until deeply golden and crisp.
 -
While wings cook, whisk Pipo Perico, honey, lime juice, and oil in a large clean bowl.
 -
Toss hot wings in the Pipo Perico glaze until glossy. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
 -
Heat level hack: drizzle an extra spoonful of Pipo Perico over the platter right before serving.
