Ingredients

2 thick slices sourdough or multigrain bread

1 large avocado
 - 
2 eggs (fried, poached, or soft-boiled)
 - 
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
 - 
Pinch of salt and black pepper
 - 
Optional: sliced radish, microgreens, feta
 
Directions

Toast bread to your liking.
 - 
Mash avocado with lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper.
 - 
Spread on toast; top with eggs.
 -
