Pipo Perico Tuna Ceviche (Aguachile Style)

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 tablespoons Original Pipo Perico Hot Sauce, for serving
  • Fresh tuna, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Maggi seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add lime juice, soy sauce, and Maggi seasoning.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix in fresh cilantro.
  5. Add Original Pipo Perico Hot Sauce to taste.
  6. Toss everything together until well combined.

To Serve
Serve over tortilla chips or tostadas.
Optional: top with sliced avocado.
