Ingredients
- 3–4 tbsp Pipo Perico Extra Spicy Hot Sauce, plus more for serving
- 10 oz (300 g) pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced or shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- Cook the carrots, corn, and peas until tender. Allow them to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, vegetables, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
