Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Original Pipo Perico Hot Sauce

1 lb (450 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 limes (juice)

1 cup tomato juice (or Clamato)

¼ cup ketchup

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 small cucumber, diced

1 medium tomato, diced

1 avocado, cubed

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or saltine crackers (for serving)
Instructions:
Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2–3 minutes until just cooked. Drain, cool, and cut into bite-size pieces.
In a large bowl, combine lime juice, tomato juice, ketchup, and Original Pipo Perico Hot Sauce-Mix well.
Add onion, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the shrimp and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Before serving, gently fold in the avocado.
Serve chilled in cups or glasses with tortilla chips or crackers on the side.
