Ingredients:
- Extra Spicy Pipo Perico Hot Sauce 3 tbsp
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Toss chicken with 2 tbsp Extra Spice Pipo Perico Hot Sauce, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Marinate 10 minutes.
- Sear in a hot skillet 4–5 minutes per side. Rest 2 minutes; slice.
- Mix mango, red onion, lime zest/juice, cilantro, and the remaining 1 tbsp Pipo Perico.
- Warm tortillas. Fill with chicken and mango salsa. Add Extra Spice Pipo Perico Hot Sauce to taste.
