Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Pipo Perico Hot Sauce
 - 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen, grilled for extra flavor)
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 2 tbsp sour cream
 - ½ cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
 - 
Juice of 1 lime
 - Tortilla chips (for serving)
 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro.
 - Add crumbled cotija cheese and stir until combined.
 - Drizzle generously with Pipo Perico Hot Sauce and mix again.
 - Serve spoonfuls of the mixture on top of tortilla chips for bite-sized snacks.
 - Garnish with extra cheese and a squeeze of lime.
