Ingredients:
- 1-2 tbsp Extra Spice Pipo Perico Hot Sauce
- 2 thick slices sourdough or multigrain bread
- 1 large avocado
- 2 eggs (fried, poached, or soft-boiled)
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- Optional: sliced radish, microgreens, feta
Directions:
- Toast bread to your liking.
- Mash avocado with lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on toast, top with eggs.
- Spoon 1–2 tbsp Extra Spice Pipo Perico Hot Sauce over each toast. Add radish, microgreens, or feta if you like.
