Ingredients

  • Pipo Perico Hot Sauce — 1–2 tbsp

  • 2 thick slices sourdough or multigrain bread

  • 1 large avocado

  • 2 eggs (fried, poached, or soft-boiled)

  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

  • Optional: sliced radish, microgreens, feta

Directions

  1. Toast bread to your liking.

  2. Mash avocado with lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread on toast; top with eggs.

  4. Spoon 1–2 tbsp Pipo Perico over each toast. Add radish, microgreens, or feta if you like.
