Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tbsp Extra Spice Pipo Perico Hot Sauce
  • 2 thick slices sourdough or multigrain bread
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 eggs (fried, poached, or soft-boiled)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • Optional: sliced radish, microgreens, feta

Directions:

  1. Toast bread to your liking.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on toast, top with eggs.
  4. Spoon 1–2 tbsp Extra Spice Pipo Perico Hot Sauce over each toast. Add radish, microgreens, or feta if you like.
